Megan's Tail: Chapter 30
Megan's Tail Chapter 30: Five Years Later The very next morning, we reported the incident to the police. We told them how Marianna broke into our house in the middle of the night and kidnapped Madison. We left out the finer details about how she was a mermaid running a doomsday cult, and how we retrieved our baby using my wife’s new telekinesis powers. The police gave us the usual spiel about how they would get to work investigating the matter. Five years have passed since then. We still haven’t heard anything from the police. Fortunately, we haven’t heard anything from Marianna either. That was the last night we saw her or her goons. We figured one baby wasn’t worth their hassle, especially since Megan could fight them off with telekinesis. Granted, Marianna could manipulate water, and her goons most likely had other special powers; but again, it probably wasn’t worth the hassle for one baby. They must have moved on to prey upon another poor unfortunate soul to recruit

Chapter 3: Dressing Fashionably, Whale Tales, and a Time to Show.
The news that Diane was for the time being at least pretty much as confined to water as the Silent Sisters or Natalie were was a bit frustrating for her, but not overly so. She recalled that her sister Jill had been subject to nausea and morning sickness during both of her pregnancies, but the symptoms had stopped early in her second trimester both times.
[If all I have to do to avoid morning sickness is breathe water only for the next month or so, I guess I can live with that] she told Natalie, Jackie Blue, and me that evening.
[And I will help you any way I can] I

The Mermaid of Hydrocity (Mermay 19)
[THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE READING:
- This literature tells the tale of two characters based on Tails from the Sonic games and Cosmo from the Sonic X anime.
- This is all written in a somewhat brief way and does not contain any written speeches, making it for a simple read. But it could still be considered a work in progress.]
THE MERMAID OF HYDROCITY
Seaform the Seadrian takes residence in a very secret part of the ruins of Hydrocity Zone.
She lives a lonely life there and cannot remember her times with her family before she ended up where she was, but enjoys swimming, playing with the marine life, practicing poetry and experimenting on contro
I first met her, as she now is, at the resort where a dozen or so of my fraternity brothers (and a few wives) and I had gone to spend a few days. I had joined while still in college. While I already had a 'day job' I much enjoyed, the fraternity aslo afforded multiple opportunities which appealed to me: being outdoors, being physically active and getting healthy exercise, and being of service to others who could use an occasional helping hand.
All this was satisfying, but like most people we occasionally like to just kick back and relax and more or less forget about the rest of the world for a little while. For no reason any of us coul

Living with a Mermaid - Sea of Huggable Animals
[Short Story Brief:
It has now been four days since Abel lost his family, was saved by Searose the mermaid and decided to be adopted by her as a brother in the sea. He will now get a taste of interacting with marine animals, consisting of dolphins and seals. He will also meet the most fun mermaid of the area…]
“WEEEEEEE…!!”
In front of a huge rocky hill under the sea, the youngest of all mermaids was swimming around with a huge pack of seals….which she also had the tail of.
Her hair was long and black, while her seal-like tail was purple with a dotted pattern, formed in a couple of lines. Her eyes were brown

An Unusual Vacation, Perforce
In her nearly dozen years with the company, Kerrie Waterson had established a solid reputation for ambition and ability. As a result she rose more quickly in the higher ranks of the company hierarchy than was usually the case. In furthering her career she proved herself a workhorse and tended to work long hours and some years did not use all her allotted vacation time, but was also considerate of those below her on the company ladder. That made her a popular boss with underlings, and while she was demanding of those below her she was also supportive, freely offering advice when asked, and also 'staying out of the way' so they could do thei

It's A Long Way To Weeki Wachee
From his royal castle
Came a prince who rules upon the land
Eyes cast over the ocean waves
And feet warmed by the sand
Thinking of his mermaid girl
Her mother and father too
And their home beneath the waves
They know his love is true
It's a long way to Weeki Wachee
It's a long way to swim
It's a long way to Weeki Wachee
Where the sweetest mermaids swim
Goodbye to Atacama
Farewell sagebrush land
It's a long way to Weeki Wachee
For his heartthrob's not at hand!
Eric tells his Ariel
I do really miss you soo
Please come back and I promise
I will build a great big pool
So we can live together
And you can be yourself
For I lo

An Invasion of Mermaids
Flyover country. A term sometimes applied to the central part of the United States. While it can have multiple meanings, it sometimes is used in reference to that part of the country between the Appalachians on the east, the Rockies on the west, and north of the Gulf of Mexico, on the grounds that because the scenery is less dramatic the area is somehow too boring to be worth visiting and is best bypassed as quickly as possible. Which is really unfair, as the region has its share of fascinating history and scenery, if one is willing to look just a little bit harder.
Take Minnesota, for example. The birthplace of the mighty Mississippi
As long as she could remember, Victoria had been fascinated by mermaids. As a young girl, her parents took her to see movies such as 'The Little Mermaid' and 'Splash,' and also bought her a quilted blanket shaped like a mermaid's tail, which she immediately began suggling in whenever it got cold at night.
Unlike many of her girlfriends, who seemed to lose interest in mermaids as they grew up and the 'real' world intruded more and more, Victoria maintained her fascination with the legendary inhabitants of the sea. Eventually her parents bought her a mermaid tail she could actually swim in, and before long glimpses of her possible future

Flowers for Bluebell
The cool breeze of the morning air stirred him from his sleep, but it wasn’t quite enough for the young fox to waken. It was the morning commotion in the city outside that he began to hear which riled him from his sleep.
It was louder than normal, likely because the markets were getting their goods restocked, drawing in more customers than normal. Felix just groaned and rolled over onto his belly, trying not to focus on it and get just a little more sleep. But after five minutes of tossing and turning, he just sat up, and stretched, before sliding off his bed, and dragging his feet to his kitchen area. On the counter was a cup of an un
With a quick zip, I zipped up the back of my wetsuit, and stretched my arms out, getting a bit comfortable. I looked at myself in the mirror, and gave a bit of a chuckle. I don’t know what it was, but I never could get used to the look of myself in one of these things. Sure, in water, they were very comfortable, and I loved owning one, but I never could get over how I looked in one. I couldn’t help feeling just a little bit goofy in it. I had no idea why. Perhaps I was mainly just feeling this way right now, knowing that my trip to the sea would be a bit different this time. Normally I would drive out there, but not this time. T
